C. Douglas Simmons
The Rev. Dr. Douglas Simmons, an Associate Rector at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas, received his M.Div. from Virginia Theological Seminary in 1965 and his D. Min. in 1984.
