Walk
the Walk
In the New Testament alone, the word "follow"
is used 87 times.
"Follow Me, follow Me," says Jesus. Apparently Jesus only uses
the words "Believe in Me" three times. It's the "following"
process
that draws us close to Jesus, much more than the "believing"
process.
It's in the
doing of it. Just like that Nike commercial, just do
it, get up and do it. Show up for prayer even when you don't feel
like it. Act out in faith even though you may not believe it, just
do it. You're following. It's in the following process that
magnificent things happen.
